Abstract: Radiation-induced liver injury(RILI) is one of the main complications in the radiotherapy of patients with primary liver cancer and abdominal tumors, which limits the radiation doses for the tumor regions and may affects the outcomes of patients at some extent. It is reported that multiple cytokines are closely associated with the pathogenesis of RILI,and cytokines are involved in different stages of RILI by triggering a variety of downstream signaling pathways. In this paper,we try to introduce the latest research of cytokines and their signal transduction pathways related to RILI.
