Abstract: 0bjective In order to enhance the understanding on unsafe factors about parenteral nutrition after hepatectomy，we made further improvement on the nursing strategies. Methods The potential safety hazards about the parenteral nutrition were discussed. We paid attention to every step in parenteral nutrition after hepatectomy in patients with HCC and then we proposed precaution according to the problems probably found. Results After secure and efficient treatment and nursing during parenteral nutrition，the patients were recovered rapidly and the hospital stays was shortened. Conclusion A safe，effective and high quality nursing care is the key step for the parenteral nutrition.
