Abstract: Objective To explore the characteristic and related affecting factors to hospitalization fee in patients after liver transplantation.Methods Hospitalization fee of 84 patients who undergone liver transplantation in several years were categorized and then statistically studied retrospectively.Results The average hospitalization fee of 84 patients was 23235.20 yuan and the top 3 costs in hospitalization fee was medicine（66.61%），check-up（18.02%）and bed occupation（7.45%），respectively;The majority of patients was retired and had some severe complications.Conclusions It is important to prevent and control the severe complications for patients after liver transplantation in order to decrease the hospitalization fee.
