抗结核同时给予替比夫定治疗肺结核合并HBV携带者的临床疗效

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To investigate the telbivudine’s protective effects of liver function in patients with hepatitis B viral carrier and pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 82 patients with hepatitis B viral carrier and tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were given（HRZE）2/（HRZ）4. 39 patients were given telbivudine for antiviral treatment and 43 didn’t. Results ALT，AST and TBil in the antiviral group（48.1±6.7U/L，39.1±5.6 U/L and 24.9±3.6μmol/L）were statistically significant lower than in control group（77.7±9.8 U/L），69.9±9.5 U/L and TBil 32.1±6.7μmol/L，P<0.01）. Conclusion Telbivudine has obvious protective effect of liver function in patients with hepatitis B viral carrier and pulmonary tuberculosis.
