酒精性肝病治疗进展*

Abstract

Abstract: Alcoholic liver disease（ALD） is one of the most common liver diseases. The treatment of severe alcoholic hepatitis（SAH）and the control of alcohol abuse are the hot spots in this field. Child-Pugh class,Maddrey discriminate function,the model of end-stage liver disease（MELD）,Glasgow alcoholic hepatitis score,age/bilirubin/INR/creatinine（ABIC）score,and Lille score systems can be used to predict the prognosis of patients with SAH. Liver transplantation is still the major treatment for patients with ALD at end-stage illness.
