Abstract: MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are a kind of non-coding RNAs,which play an important role in cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. Most importantly,miRNAs take part in carcinogenesis. HBV infection is the most important risk factor related to the occurrence of liver cancer and miRNAs are involved in this process.
