Abstract: Objective To study the changes of hemorheology in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver. Methods Sera from 106 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver and 50 normal persons were obtained for hemorheology studies. Results The blood contrast viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,hematocrit,body mass index,blood glucose,uric acid,serum alanine aminotransferase,gamma-glutamyl transferase,serum total cholesterol and triglyceride in patients with fatty liver were much higher than in the normal group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Obesity,diabetes,hyperlipemia are the risk factors for nonalcoholic fatty liver.
