临床常用铜离子螯合剂药代动力学和不良反应研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 铜离子螯合剂能与铜离子发生螯合作用进而清除人体内过多的铜,临床常用于治疗威尔逊疾病。目前,国内对该类药物药代动力学的相关报道较少,且铜离子螯合剂在治疗过程中常出现不同类型、程度不一的不良反应。本文主要介绍这类药物的药代动力学和不良反应研究资料,为临床合理用药提供参考。

Abstract: Copper chelators,such as penicillamine,trientine and dimercaptosuccinic acid,ets,has been commonly used in treatment of patients with Wilson's disease（WD）. We summarized some different types of adverse reactions often occurredin clinical practice and introduced some pharmacokinetic data,which might be useful for clinicians.
