Abstract

Abstract: Autoimmune hepatitis is a parenchymal inflammation of liver that is mediated by autoimmune response to hepatocytes. There are various factors which can induce autoimmune hepatitis such as drugs,infection,environment,age,gender and genetic factors. However,the mechanism of induction is still not yet very clear,and the illumination of these factors might help prevent and manage the disease. In this review,we will do a brief overview of each of the above mentioned induction factors.
