Progress in dysbacteriosis in chronic liver diseases

Abstract: Intestinal flora is an important part of the intestinal barrier. Under healthy condition,a normal balance of intestinal flora is maintained, however, under pathological circumstances a number of factors can change the balance and result in dysbacteriosis. In turn dysbacteriosis promotes the progress and exacerbation of chronic liver diseases. Administration of probiotics can improve the balance of intestinal flora and help the recovery of chronic liver disease.
