动机性访谈干预非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者饮食和运动对血酯的影响

Motivational interviewing in the treatment of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

摘要: 目的 探讨动机性访谈干预非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者饮食和运动对血酯的影响。方法 将76例非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各38例。干预组在常规治疗的基础上采用动机性访谈中询问、告知和倾听等核心技术,干预饮食调节及运动, 对照组采用传统健康教育方式进行干预。结果 干预前,两组患者体重、甘油三酯 (TG)、胆固醇(TC)和体重指数(BMI)的差异无统计学意义(Ρ>0.05);干预3月后,干预组患者在改变饮食习惯和运动行为后,体重下降、TG、TC和BMI下降均优于对照组(Ρ<0.05)。结论 动机性访谈能有效改变非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的饮食习惯和运动行为,血酯下降。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of motivational interviewing on patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods 76 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease were randomly divided into intervention and control groups. 38 patients were intervened by motivational interviewing with inquiry, information and listenning and another 38 patients in control group were informed by using traditional health education. Results Before intervention, the body weights, serum triglycerides (TG),cholesterol (TC) and body mass index in the two groups were not significantly different(Ρ>0.05),while after 3-mon intervention,diet and exercise behaviors in motivational interviewing group were significantly improved with weight loss,decreased serum TG and TC and body mass index significant(Ρ<0.05). Conclusion Motivational interviewing can effectively change the diet and exercise behaviors in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and improve their hyperlipidemia.
