慢性肝病患者肝组织巨噬细胞功能变化研究新进展*

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的巨噬细胞对于维持内环境稳态和修复组织损伤有着至关重要的作用。肝组织巨噬细胞又可以进一步分为具有自我更新能力的库普夫细胞和单核细胞衍生的巨噬细胞。一方面,巨噬细胞可以抵抗病毒感染和药物等不利因素的损害,促进肝组织完整性的修复;另一方面,它又能促进肝炎和肝硬化等疾病的进展。本文重点讨论肝组织巨噬细胞的分类和功能变化方面的最新研究进展。

关键词: 病毒性肝炎, 酒精性肝病, 脂肪性肝病, 肝癌, 巨噬细胞, 功能

Abstract: Objective Macrophages play a crucial role in maintaining homeostasis and repairing tissue damage. Macrophages in the liver can be further divided into Kupffer cells with self-renewal capacity, as well as monocyte-derived macrophages. On the one hand, macrophages can resist the damage of viruses, drugs and other unfavorable factors, and promote the recovery of liver tissue injuries; On the other hand, it also promote the recovery of hepatitis and cirrhosis. In this review, we focus on recent research advances in the classification and functions of liver macrophages and their roles in different liver diseases.
