MHV-3诱导暴发型肝衰竭小鼠肝组织细胞因子表达的变化*

The changes of serum and hepatic cytokines in MHV-3-induced fulminant hepatic failure in mice

摘要: 目的 研究病毒感染所致急性肝衰竭小鼠细胞因子的变化。方法 利用MHV-3病毒诱导Balb/cJ小鼠暴发型肝炎模型;采用ELISA法测定外周血和肝脏IFN-γ和TNF-α水平。结果 随着MHV-3感染时间的延长,动物外周血和肝组织IFN-γ和TNF-α水平逐渐增高,在小鼠死亡时达到高峰。结论 IFN-γ和TNF-α可能参与了MHV-3诱导的暴发型肝炎肝脏损伤的发病过程。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α in MHV-3-induced fulminant hepatic failure. Method MHV-3-induced fulminant hepatic failure was adopted in mice and the serum and hepatic levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α was assayed by ELISA. Results As MHV-3 infection passed by,the serum and hepatic levels of IFN-γand TNF-αwas elevated significantly,and they reached the highest before the mice were dead. Conclusion IFN-γand TNF-αmight take part in the pathogenesis of MHV-3-induced fulminant hepatic failure in mice.
