急性肝衰竭大鼠血浆神经降压素和降钙素基因相关肽水平的变化*

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To investigate the changes of plasma neurotensin（NT）and calcitonin gene-related peptide （CGRP）in rats with acute liver failure（ALF）. Methods Thioacetamide was used to induce ALF models in rats. The plasma NT and CGRP levels in rats with ALF were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results The plasma levels of NT and CGRP in rats with ALF were significantly higher than those in the normal control rats；the plasma NT and CGRP levels increased progressively consistent to the degree of hepatic encephalopathy at 12h，24h，36h and 48h.Conclusion The plasma levels of NT and CGRP may be the useful markers for early diagnosis of hepatic encephalopathy in rats with ALF.
