Abstract: The application of immune checkpoint inhibitors is becoming more and more extensive, which plays an important role in the treatment of patients with malignant neoplasmas, and the adverse events are more common.Bile duct injury is rare, but once happening, the immunosuppressive therapy tends to be insensitive in most patients,so individualized management is recommended. In this article, we review the epidemiology, pathogenesis, biochemical indexes, clinical and pathological manifestations, imaging and treatment of patients with immune checkpoint inhibitors-associated bile duct injury.
