Abstract: Myeloid derived suppressor cells (MDSC) are the kind of immature myeloid cells and progenitor cells from bone marrow. Recent studies found that MDSC were involved in the regulation of pathological changes of various liver diseases. This article systematically summarized the history, clustering and mechanism of MDSC,and the immunoregulatory effects of these cells in the pathogenesis and progression of various liver diseases.
