摘要: 肝硬化患者的营养不良问题是影响其预后及死亡的重要因素。近年来,临床上常用的几种营养评价方法包括体内能量和物质代谢评估、人体测量学、生化免疫指标、影像学和模型评估等。本文就肝硬化患者营养评估方法的应用进展进行了归纳,以为临床医生在应用时提供参考。

Abstract: Malnutrition in patients with liver cirrhosis is an important factor affecting the prognosis and mortality of these patients. In recent years,several nutritional evaluation methods are used in clinical practice, such as the body energy and substance metabolism assessment,anthropometric,biochemical and immunological indexes,and imaging evaluation. In this review, we summarized the application of these methods in order to provide references for assessing the nutritional status.
