Nedd4L与肝纤维化发生关系的研究进展*

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 神经前体细胞表达发育调控样基因（Nedd4L）所编码蛋白属于泛素连接酶E3，其对胞内蛋白的泛素化和降解过程至关重要，涉及到Nedd4L的作用方式以及活化与调节。越来越多的研究提示Nedd4L与癌症、肥胖、高血压以及纤维化发生过程息息相关，但其具体机制不甚明确。本文将讨论Nedd4L的研究现状，并重点介绍Nedd4L与肝纤维化发生的关系研究进展。

Abstract: Protein encoded by neural precursor cell-expressed developmentally down-regulated gene 4-like（Nedd4L）gene belongs to the ubiquitin ligase E3. Tt is important for ubiquitination and degradation process of intracellular proteins，which involves in the action mode，activation and regulation of Nedd4L. More and more researches points out that cancers，obesity，hypertension and fibrosis are closely related to action of Nedd4L， but the specific mechanisms are far from clear. This review focuses on the fibrogenesis of Nedd4L in liver fibrosis.
