摘要/Abstract

摘要： 雌激素在各类慢性肝病患者均有不同程度的异常变化。雌激素水平的异常不仅是疾病进展的结果，同时可能还参与了各类慢性肝炎发生发展的全过程。本文重点介绍雌激素在病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝病、肝癌等慢性肝炎发病中的作用。

关键词: 病毒性肝炎, 肝癌, 雌激素, 受体

Abstract: The abnormal expression of estrogen is found in many kinds of chronic liver diseases，and the changes of serum estrogen may be the results of disease progress，and might participate in the development of various chronic liver diseases. The influence of estrogen in viral hepatitis，autoimmune liver diseases and liver cancer is reviewed in this paper.
