Fitz-Hugh-Curtis综合征研究进展*

摘要/Abstract

摘要： Fitz-Hugh-Curtis 综合征(FHCS)从1919年发现至今近100年,但直到1970年才首次发现在男性也可发生该病后,它的定义和病因研究才被学界关注。本文结合国内外的文献资料,提出将FHCS分为狭义和广义两种,并就广义FHCS的病因、发病机制、临床特征、并发症、诊断和治疗的相关进展进行了专门介绍。

Abstract: Fitz-Hugh-Curtis syndrome (FHCS) has been reported for almost 100 years since 1919, but the definition and etiology of it became a topic of debate among scholars and clinicians since the first discovery of a male patient in 1970 .In this paper, based on documented literatures, we puts forward that FHCS might be defined in a narrow or broad way, and reviews the progress of generalized FHCS in etiology , pathogenesis, clinical features, complications, diagnosis and therapy.
