摘要: 乙型肝炎病毒感染可引起人类急慢性肝炎、肝硬化、肝功能衰竭和肝细胞癌等。分子病毒学研究发现HBV基因组四个开放读码框基因均可发生变异,其中一些变异可能与肝衰竭的发生有密切关系。本文阐述近年有关HBV基因组变异与临床发生肝功能衰竭的关系。
