摘要: 肝性脑病(HE)是肝脏疾病常见的并发症。由于HE发病机制复杂,通常使用动物模型研究HE发病的病理生理机制,以探讨潜在的治疗策略。随着现代科技的进步,HE动物模型得到了显著的改进和发展。本文结合最新研究成果,综述了HE动物模型的建立、评估、应用、局限性和未来应用前景,旨在为HE的治疗探索新的方法。

Abstract: Hepatic encephalopathy (HE) is a common complications of severe liver disease, with high recurrence rate and hard to deal with. Animal models are frequently employed in research to investigate pathophysiological mechanisms and explore potential therapeutic strategies. With advancements in modern medical technology, animal models for HE research have undergone remarkable improvements. In this review, we reviewed the latest research progress, focusing on establishment, evaluation, application, limitations, and future prospects of animal models in this field, with aiming to explore new therapeutic approaches for HE.
