细胞焦亡及其在肝细胞癌发病过程中的作用研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 细胞焦亡是一种炎症程序性细胞死亡,其特征是半胱天冬氨酸蛋白酶介导的质膜孔隙形成和大量炎症介质的释放。近年来,细胞焦亡的形态学特征、诱导机制和作用过程逐渐被揭示。细胞焦亡与多种疾病的进展相关,尤其在恶性肿瘤的进展过程中起着至关重要的作用。本文综述了细胞焦亡及其在肝细胞癌的发生、发展过程中的作用和治疗应用,以期为HCC靶向治疗研究提供参考。

Abstract: Objective The pyroptosis is an inflammatory programmed cell death,which is characterized by the formation of plasma membrane pores mediated by caspase and the release of a large number of inflammatory mediators.In recent years,the morphological characteristics,induction mechanism and action process of pyroptosis have been gradually revealed. The pyroptosis is related to the progress of many diseases,especially in the pathogenesis of malignant tumors. In this article, we reviewed the pyroptosis and its roles in the occurrence,development and treatment of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.
