摘要: 葡萄糖调节蛋白78(GRP78)作为一个重要的内质网分子伴侣,在蛋白质的折叠、转运和内质网应激反应过程中发挥重要作用。GRP78还存在于肿瘤细胞、内皮细胞和单核细胞的表面,可作为病毒进入宿主细胞的受体。内质网应激是非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的一个重要的发病机制。对GRP78功能的深入挖掘,将为探索NAFLD的防御机制提供新思路。

Abstract: Glucose regulated protein 78 (GRP78) is regarded as a major chaperone of endoplasmic reticulum (ER),which plays an important role in the process of protein folding and transport as well as endoplasmic reticulum stress. In addition,it also exists in the surface of tumor cells,endothelial cells and monocytes,and serves as a receptor for viral entry into host cells. ER stress is an important pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD). The excavation of GRP78’s function will provide a new approach for the defense mechanism of NAFLD.
