摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨酒精性肝硬化患者肝功能损害程度与血糖之间的关系。方法选择76例酒精性肝硬化患者,根据肝功能Child-Turcotte-Pugh（CTP）分级及并发症的有无进行分组,分析患者空腹血糖水平。结果肝功能CTP分级A级、B级和C级患者血糖水平分别为5.59±0.72mmol/L、5.45±0.85mmol/L和7.04±2.82 mmol/L,A级和B级患者之间血糖比较无统计学差异（P>0.05）,C级患者与A/B级患者之间有统计学差异（P<0.05）;有并发症和无并发症患者血糖分别为9.24±2.53mmol/L和5.23±1.62 mmol/L,有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论酒精性肝硬化患者易发生糖代谢紊乱,血糖水平和肝功能受损程度有一定的关系。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship of blood glucose to Child-Turcotte-Pugh scores in patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis. Methods We included 76 patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis in this study and their blood glucose levels and Child-Turcotte-Pugh scores were obtained. Results The blood glucose levels in Child-Turcotte-Pugh class A,B and C were 5.59±0.72mmol/L,5.45±0.85mmol/L and 7.04±2.82mmol/L, respectively;the blood glucose in class C was much higher than that in patients with class A or B; the blood glucose in patients with complications was much higher than that in patients without （9.24±2.53 mmol/L vs. 5.23±1.62 mmol/L,P<0.05）. Conclusion The patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis are always complicated by glucose metabolic abnormality, which is sometimes correlated to the injuries of liver functions.
