摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的观察缺氧诱导因子-lα（HIF-lα）和基质细胞衍生因子-lα（SDF-1α）在慢性肝功能衰竭患者肝组织中的表达状况。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测21例慢性肝功能衰竭患者及10名正常人肝组织HIF-1α和SDF-1α的表达。结果 21例患者肝组织HIF-lα和SDF-1α呈高表达，阳性率分别为57.1%和71.4%，明显高于正常肝组织（P<0.05）；在患者肝组织中两者表达呈正相关（r=0.482，P<0.05）。结论慢性肝功能衰竭患者肝组织HIF-1α和SDF-1α表达增强，可能是HIF-1α上调了SDF-1α的表达，进而促进受损肝组织的自我修复。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the hepatic expression of HIF-1α and SDF-1α in patients with chronic liver failure. Methods Liver tissues were obtained from 21 patients with chronic liver failure and 10 controls receiving liver resection for benign lesions，and HIF-1α and SDF-1α were stained immunohistochemically. Results HIF-1α and SDF-1α were overexpressed in livers of patients with chronic liver failure. The positive rates were 57.1% and 71.4%，respectively，much higher than in the normal liver tissues（P<0.05）；There was an positive correlation between the expression of HIF-1α and SDF-1α in chronic liver failure（r=0.482，P<0.05）. Conclusion HIF-1α and SDF-1α are highly expressed in chronic liver failure， which might promotes the repairment of injuried liver tissues.
